EUWELD®307 is austenite, rutile basic coated high alloyed Cr-Ni-Mn electrode for welding and hardfacing Cr and Cr-Ni steels, dissimilar steels, and cast steels. It is specially designed for welding and regeneration or wear parts of 12-14% manganese steels, because of high tensile strength and impact energy. Weldment is resistant on impact, wear, abrasion and cavitations.
APPLICATIONS:

EUWELD®307 is an electrode, highly recommended for welding and building up of the parts made of manganese steels, such as crushers, hammers, mills, buckets, mixers, rolls, rails, crushers, graders, conveyers systems. It is also highly recommended as a buffer layer on the high manganese steels before hardfacing. The weldment is high resistant at temperatures of minus -100°C and up to 850°C, and on the chemicals and intercristal corrosion.
