Solid wire for semiautomatic and automatic welding of unalloyed and low alloyed constructing steels with the CO2 or (Ar + CO2) shielding gas.
Laboratory selected raw material, without impurities, makes EUWELD®SG2 and EUWELD®SG3 a SUPER Quality products with extremely stable arc and very low spatter. Special system for copper coating insures perfect wire feeding, corrosion protection and even current flow.
In the program, there is also an alternative wire corrosion protection EUWELD® ECO without copper coating. The wires are precise spooled, thread to thread on the wire spools, while on the request of a customer, the wire can be spooled on all standard spools.
For the robotic use and the fixed welding spots, we also have wire in the drums:
– EUWELD® DRUM CLASSIC with the inner core, with the outside plexiglass cone which sing according to the wire use, with the weights of 100kg, 250kg i 450kg
– EUWELD® DRUM SPECIALs with a cardboard cone that droppes while the wire rolls out and the contact directly on the top of the lid, with the weights of 150kg, 250kg i 500kg.
